Dew Drop Sprinklers & Landscaping started modestly in 1980 when Gary Matthews put sprinkler systems in a couple of backyards. During the following 30 years, Matthews and his team has built Dew Drop into a full-service landscaping and irrigation service that handles everything from small residential cleanups to $1 million-plus commercial projects. The company has annual sales of $3.5 million during good years and has nearly 90 employees during its peak seasons.

Dew Drop landscapes and irrigates homes, retail centers, schools, retirement facilities and sports fields. It has the technology to develop and landscaping strategy using computer-assisted design software, and it has the in-house expertise landscape architects, backflow test-certified personnel, certified hazardous-soil handles to take on any kind of project.

Dew Drop is based in Spokane Valley, Wash., but its employees live throughout the Inland Northwest. The company handles landscaping and irrigation projects as far north as the U.S.-Canadian border; as far east as Missoula, Mont.; as far south as Lewiston, Idaho; and as far west as Yakima.
