The next phase of the Iron Bridge Office Campus adjacent to the Spokane River was to implement a landscape buffer to satisfy the requests of the Department of Ecology. This project consists of a large turf swale and turf & tree buffer between the Spokane River and the future buildings 4 & 5 of the campus.We established a visually appealing green space featuring turf sod, specimen trees and a reinforced grass paver access for emergency vehicles. This site will eventually feature an outdoor café and appeal to the lunch crowd of the adjacent business.
