Pinecroft 12509 is the latest building in the Pinecroft Business Park in Spokane Valley. The landscape for this project consists of a variety of plant materials selected for their full sun or full shade requirements. The turf is irrigated by subsurface drip irrigation due to the owners’ requirement that no irrigation overspray be allowed on the building. Through the use of subsurface turf irrigation and point source drip irrigation for the plants, this is an efficient approach to landscape irrigation.
