Whitworth Water District built a new administration facility in 2018. The landscape features a bubbler water feature near the entrance, large granite landscape boulders throughout the site, decomposed granite mulch within the landscape beds, and minimal turf to soften the perimeter of the property. The site is a standalone building with no adjacent buildings. The landscape transitions to native grasses at the edge of the site to soften the footprint of the facility.
